Overview

Data-driven decision-making is currently challenging and time-consuming for senior leadership. Data and information is scattered and inconsistent - impeding the ability to drive performance. The BPR report illustrates the challenge. The purpose of this project is to support the development of a robust dataset and business decision-making tools. Deploying such tools would allow LT to utilise data on leading and lagging indicators resulting in actionable insights to drive the business forward.

Objective

Create a business intelligence dashboard for LT to track and manage end-to-end performance and support decision-making.
