This project was about finding a modern approach to reading, navigating and understanding contracts, fine print and Terms & Conditions. I led the user experience definition over a one week workshop exploring how to make contracts easier to understand so as to enable businesses to demonstrate transparency and build trusted connections with their customers.
THE CHALLENGE
The goal of the discovery workshop was to define the 100 day MVP, so that we knew exactly what we're going to build, while also considering the long-term vision for the product.
We reviewed the entire contract signing experience from the beginning and broke down each part of the journey into a separate problem.
