Overview
In-Truck is a driver application designed to authenticate trucks at retail sites; enabling fuel & AdBlue transactions from the vehicle's dashboard using pay@pump technology. Telematics on the truck helps fleet managers reduce fraud and eliminate the need for plastic cards. This project provides a learning experience and basis for autonomous truck payments in the future.
Opportunity
Using pay@pump technology, trucks can be authenticated and enabled to transact from their in-vehicle dashboard. Eliminating the need for plastic company cards. Onboard telematics helps fleet managers monitor refuel levels, which proactively reduces fraud. The project aims to be a test subject and basis for autonomous truck payments in the near future.
